Automatic Refunds ?

All sales are final. As these are digital products (downloadable software and license keys), we do not offer automatic refunds once a purchase is complete and the product has been delivered. The version you purchase is the version you receive.

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Unlike physical goods, digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned". Once you have downloaded the product and received your license key, the product has been fully delivered.

License keys are generated and bound to your domain upon purchase
Product files are accessible immediately after payment
There is no way to "return" a digital download

We review exception requests on a case-by-case basis. You may reach out if:

The product does not work as described in its documentation
There is a critical technical incompatibility we cannot resolve with support
You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, etc.)

What Is Covered by Your Purchase

Every purchase includes:

Version updates — All bug fixes and patches for the version you purchased
Email support — Technical assistance to get the product working as described
Secure licensing — A domain-locked license key delivered immediately
